Amandus and Nora

Me and Sissel with Amandus and Alphi

Today we met Sissel with Amandus and Karen with Nora at a puppyshow in Tønsberg. Both of the puppies have developed quite a lot during the few weeks since last time we saw them! I'm just getting more and more proud with the puppies and their owners!
First up was Amandus in the ring. At first he thought that when I started running, that meant that he should just jump along at my side. After a few rounds however, he calmed down and trotted perfectly. Nora behaved very well from the start, and she really has a great stride! She is just so sweet all the time, Karen and Alice have done a real good job with her. I'm sorry about repeating myself, but it is a real joy to show these two!
Amandus was once again Best of breed, and Nora took best of opposite this time. After a bit of waiting, it was Amandus' turn in the ring again, and here he was also placed as the winner! It was about 7 other puppies in the group, so that was great fun! After even more waiting, it was time for the Best in show finale. At this time Amandus had really got the hang of free-baiting, he was standing in front of me and showing off like a celebrity :) The more I praised him the faster did his tail go, both him and me had a really great time in the ring! This was rewarded with BIS-3!

Amandus' critique:
"Very nice dog puppy, 6,5 months old. Correct proportions in head. Well placed ears, dark eyes. Correct bite. Well angulated front and rear. Good neck, topline and tailset. Good bone and feet. Moves freely and efficiently. Will develop more in chest and brisket. Good coat quality and colour."

Nora's critique:
"6,5 months old feminine bitch puppy. Excellent silhouette to grow into. Feminine head with correct details. Well placed ears, dark eyes, correct bite. Could be more angulated in upper arm. Well laid back shoulders. Good neck, topline and tailset. Well angulated rear. Moves very freely and efficiently. Good coat quality and colour."
